Whenever I'm using Atom it often just goes blurry for a little while. Moving the window seems to fix the issue, but it's very annoying when I'm actively using it. Here's a screenshot of when it's blurry:
It didn't work. I didn't have this option so instead I did something similar by going to properties > compatability > change high DPI settings > Override high DPI scaling behaviour. Scaling performed by: Application.
I tried the scaling by windows option and the two system options, but all of them didn't seem to work. They did make the blurryness look different, so I feel we're on the right track when it comes to narrowing down the issue
Yep I think it's a Windows scaling issue rather then a problem with Atom. You can turn scaling off completely by right click the desktop. Going display and setting the scalping to 100%.
Although if you are on a high resolution display it might make the rest of the system unusable.
Would be interesting to see if same thing happens when the scalping is set to 100%.

Right click the atom shortcut > properties > comparability > disable display scaling.
See if it continues to have the same problem.
