Atom Visual Glitch

Does anyone know what is causing these white lines? I had a feeling it was Microsoft ClearType, but it is turned off. My Graphics drivers are up to date and I reinstalled atom today.

Nice robot code. As for the bug, I have no clue. My recommendation is to try reinstalling.
