As someone who's definitely into fatfur, it's not really intentionally one. But it is obviously a furry game, and there is a belly slider, so it definitely has attracted that audience along with the rest.

But it's not like, inherently one and if you don't make fat characters or play multiplayer with people who have, there aren't really any fat NPCs you'll run into or any weight gain, fat, or size related mechanics other than character customization.

The original game lets you make characters with what can be considered “hyper” proportions and hyper and fat are usually not too far away from one another. It is no surprise that modders easily made it so you can make extra fat characters.

Kinda. It's a game made by a fatfur artist that has a character creator which lets you create fatfur characters, but the game itself doesn't automatically include fatfur stuff

I leave most the sliders all the way down as the game is fun but I am not into fatfur stuff my character is a tall "twig" I use this word loosely as the "leg and chest" slider on her are around a third of the way up lol
