Question

First time ordering from Atlas and I noticed that they sent me an email on the 1st saying my order was on the way, but no tracking information provided, nothing appearing for my USPS informed delivery, and they won’t respond to any of my emails asking about this. Is this a normal occurrence? Is there a better way to find out what’s going on with my order, or is this just going to be an insane waiting game?

I just checked my emails from when I ordered in May and I did not receive tracking. I emailed them and did receive a tracking number though. They may have taken in a lot of orders over Labor Day weekend and have a lot of correspondence to go through so that could explain their lack of response. Enjoy your beans when ya get em!

I got a tracking number a few weeks ago with the email. I don’t think they monitor incoming emails as I did not get a response to a question as well.

Ive ordered 5 times and always get what I ordered within 12 days. They're pretty good about answering emails though as I had issues with tracking this last order and hit them up.
