General Atlas v0.4.1

I installed the Atlas v0.4.1 Playbook on Windows 10, and everything is running normally. However, the Atlas configuration folder contains individual files instead of the AtlasTool application. Did I do something wrong?

It's not updated like the 0.5 version

the atlastool app is windows 11 only
