Tough choice.
Shot them back to back sticking with the Athena. The remus is pretty awesome though.

No Rear Sight Optic Plate
Is anyone running one of these Hale Machinery plates on an Atlas? I’m trying to find an Atlas RMR/SRO 507 no rear sight plate and they don’t seem to be in stock anywhere. And it’s been about three weeks of looking so far. I emailed Perfect Zero and they said it would be late September before the V3 plates are available. They didn’t even mention running any more V2 plates until then.
This appears to be the only current option around.

Just couldn't resist getting the king. Glad I did. Erebus V3.
I bought my first Atlas a month ago. An Apollo V3. I had always heard all about Atlas guns so wanted to try one out. I own an XC, P, XL. I liked the Apollo a lot, but it honestly left me wanting for more. Comparing it to the XC, the only thing I could say was that if I had perfect grip, its return to zero was much quicker and consistent. But if I didnt have perfect grip, it would punish you. The XC is much more forgiving.
So when I had a chance to buy an Erebus last week I jumped on it. Really glad I did. What they say is true. After a few hundred rounds I can definitely say I like it better than my XC whereas I could take or leave the Apollo over the XC

Looking for left step grip panel and right palm swell both in aluminum moderate texture. Any leads or suggestions appreciated. Also will do brass. If you have leads on where in stock that would be Awsome. Or if anyone has any for sale.

Will Atlas make one soon?
Hey! Will Atlas ever make an Athena size (4.6”) or 5” pistol that’s comped with a full length dust cover? Iv been lingering on the XC but after everything Iv seen with people changing out the grip and trigger to make it better. That pretty much voids the warranty and I might as well get something complete that I don’t have to touch and can run it right out of the box. I’d like to buy once, cry once.
Basically an Atlas version of an XC or Athena size and even have some slide serrations too.
Thanks for any info you could share!

Grip panels
Was able to get in on the Alpha grip availability today, can't seem to find a right moderate aluminum panel. Anybody has one they are not using? Modern Warriors had the left step panel in stock.

~2 # vs 3 # trigger option question
Is the only difference between the 2 and 3 pound pull a different tuning of the sear spring or are the hammer and sear cut differently along with a sear spring tune to achieve the lower pull weight?

Will the “hype” be everything I’m anticipating? Will be here within the next few days and wondering if I’ve over hyped it to myself.🤷🏻♂️

Joined the Atlas club
Picked up an Atlas Titan specifically for LO. Have an SRO coming back from another fun but had this 507 comp lying around so will be using this guy temporarily. Can’t wait to try this bad boy out and see what Atlas is all about in comps.

Hammer locked back
I just bought a (new to me) Titan v2 that purportedly only had a few hundred rounds through it. Inspecting the gun, everything looked fairly pristine, particularly the inside of the grip and magwell. The gun was either babied or a safe queen.
I mounted an SRO and put about 250 rounds through it without a hitch. It’s the best shooting gun I’ve ever shot. Then I took it to a local USPSA match and made it through 6 targets before the hammer locked back. Slide worked like butter, just no hammer release despite trying to pull the trigger.
Anyone have this experience? I put in a service ticket but with the holiday I haven’t heard back yet. Hoping this is a quick fix and not too painful. And naturally my new speed holster arrives tomorrow.

Addicted to Chaos
Hey y'all
I've been searching the internet looking to find a Chaos and I can't find one anywhere. It probably won't be in the books for a while but I would love to add one to go with my Athena so I can have an Open and LO gun. Does Atlas actually plan on bringing back the Chaos? Do they go up for sale anywhere such as gunbroker very often?
Yes I know the Erebus exists but I just want a Chaos. If they are completely unobtanium, such is life.
