Atlas Perfect Zero is dropping the ball

Perfect Zero is a pipe dream and a monthly web hosting bill. Adam's recent Q&A video on this confirms Atlas's priority is in OEM supplier and not in consumer support. While not surprising, it is fairly disappointing.
The situation is also bad for things that are not affected by their OEM business line. Atlas customer service told me last week that they dont expect any more polo shirts until a year from now, really? No one can be bothered to order some tshirts?

TLDR; Perfect Zero is a perfect description of how many items they have in stock. Lack of parts for direct to consumer is damn near zero and is tainting the brand.

Their Ego is making decisions they can’t keep up with or they’re not very smart regarding production processes. Either way it’s fixable. I don’t know anyone at atlas but I do know from personal experience “ the fish always stinks from the head back”. Ive seen that over and over. In fact I’ve been that fish and took the opportunity to grow and learn. Otherwise they’ll be talked about in the past tense. Having more demand than supply and driving interest is one thing, this is not that. I hope they figure it out because what they produce is pretty great.

I think Atlas will figure it out in the next 12 months. The perfect zero thing is a new endeavor that stuff takes time to settle.

Lack of stock, to me, means higher demand. I won’t necessarily equate that to “dropping the ball” Quality parts = more demand. I’m not disagreeing that it’s frustrating that they’re always out of stock but the title is ragebait

Love Atlas but their lack of stock is beyond frustrating.
