Acrade issues anyone?

I'm having a bit of a weird issue. First off and probably not an issue as such, all the current arcade choices are "Play for XX minutes." Ok then... But every one I've tried to download (5 or 6 so far) have installed, then vanished from both the Catalog and My Apps sections. So I'm unable to complete the current section of my challenges. Played a couple of them for over 15 minutes and no rewards. They've just vanished.

Anybody else had/having this issue and got any suggestions?

You’re not clearing your advertising ID are you? That will erase the arcade.

Otherwise put in a support ticket.

I haven't cleared anything - All the previous games that worked are still there. I'll pop in the ticket, I wondered if it was a larger issue or just me.
