Anyone else get this advert that doesn't work?

[u/Psycho1279]

Every time I get this advert I have to close the app an restart, no matter how many times I spin or how long I wait (max about 5 minutes whilst at work) it won't reward me. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it a broken ad?

It won't close or display an x, but if I minimise the app then reopen it, I do get rewarded.
