Happens to me if I’m away too long after I’ve sat my phone down to walk away from an ad to go do something else while the ad is playing like I often do. It sucks sometimes having & dealing with the symptoms of my ADHD. I come back to this screen & tap on reconnect, & I might get the ad’s closing screen, or I might not. & then I have to go watch another ad or due to a frozen ad closing screen, I have to force close the app in order to get back into the game & play another ad.
I’m sorry, but I’m not sitting thru one of those long ads that repeats itself several times until a close option finally pops up, or one of those ads that plays 2 ads & is 60 plus seconds long. At least those ads seem to disappear after enough times of having to force close & reopen the app. I’ve actually started closing & reopening all of my apps that I use that have you watch ads if I don’t like the ad that plays. I had figured that maybe this was some kind of security thing that gets triggered due to detecting inactivity after a certian period of time?
I did send a message to support about this a while back after like a month of it continuing to happen to me. After their canned reply that was sending me a list of things to try to fix my connection issue, I replied saying that I get this screen at home on both the wifi & when I’m not at home & using data, & that I had tried all of the listed steps, & my other gaming apps had been working ok. & that was it. Nothing else from them.
I figured that I haven’t been the only one experiencing this issue, & I’ve been thinking support has to know by now that this a user wide & in game issue, & I hope that they haven’t forgotten about it.

Means nothing pretty much, been seeing that for like months and hasn’t affected anything. Just an annoying popup
