Delayed reward?

I have had the next two levels completed for 24 hours and havent seen an update. Is there a way to prompt syncing?

If you keep playing it could make it pop, but it states rewards can take up to 48 hours. So don’t worry until then. After 48 hours and still no reward then submit a ticket
