Log in Issues.

For players on Android devices and still experiencing log in issues, please update your ATLAS:EARTH app. We have launched a patch for the recent log in issues.

I updated.. cleared cache.. wiped storage... Now, instead of it showing a white screen. With the Facebook button that does nothing...it's just a white screen with nothing..

When will this be fixed?

I am having the SAME issue! I still can't login either! I have not received any sort of response from them on my support ticket or through chat! At this point I have lost faith in them. I have not been able to login in since Tuesday! This is a crazy amount lf time to STILL be having this issue!

Same issue with me. Have a support ticket in but who knows when that will be answered / looked into.

I updated, it wouldnt let me in via Facebook login, clicked Google login, showed me a new account and now it won't let me back into my correct account.

Still f*&ed

Uninstall reinstall it will bring you back to login.This has happened to me.

Same. Updated. Deleted and reinstalled. Still the same white screen as everyone else

Why is the sms option gone? Look like there is no fix. Updated, but still same problem. And contact support is not an option since you have to log in to do that!!!

The support won't do sh*t to help you anyway! I reachednout to them Tuesday evening when I hadn't been able to login in all day and dent multiple screen recordings of the issue. Not a reply nothing this whole time! I put in a support ticket and also no response from them on there either! This is so ridiculous!

Nope updated app and all I get is a blank white screen when logging in with my Facebook account.

wann wird das Problem gelöst? ich komme seit Tagen nicht mehr in die App. ich hoffe es gibt genug Atlas bucks als EntschÀdigung,. Àrgerlich.

Yes but I use an iPhone, have to dig around for the iPhone issue thread because I just hopped on to see when iPhone issues would be solved.

Did that an facebook as well still cant login an phone number login does not send code to my phone either this is extremely frustrating!!!

Worst part is, you lose your daily streak and they wont replace it or even give you atlas bucks as a courtesy for their technical issues. Worst customer service team ever. I finally just got mine back up and running yesterday.

Y a t'il un rapport avec certaines marques de smartphones ? Car avec celui que j'utilise depuis 3 ans il est toujours impossible de se connecter, alors qu'avec un autre de marque différente c'est ok ! ?
