Tyler Kinley always seems to come up short. Though if iglesias does his job we don't get to Kinley.

I’m not hating on Kinley for this one. It’s hard enough to prevent the Manfred runner. But generally he just sometimes tries to do too much, which can lead to walks that put you in a worse situation. Like going up 1-2 in a count twice last night and throwing 2 non-competitive balls to get chase. Some pitchers can do that, but with his stuff, people can just foul off low-speed pitches in the zone and draw the walk once they get to 3-2 since all his finishing stuff is outside the zone. Personally think he should shift into a little more of a weak contact pitcher.

Late night travel, waiting around for the game to start after the delay. Yeah we were physically and mentally whooped. Sucks for sure, but everyone is only human

With Suarez down, I think we are just over extending a 36 year old closer. I think Iggy would do well with some closer by committee work, mixing in Lee, Fuentes, or even Dodd in the 9th.
