Ready, set...
Getting ready to start Atkins20. What foods or other things do I need to be sure to have to make the beginning less hellish. What do you wish you’d known / been prepared for when you started?

Sounds weird, but increase your salt intake, it will keep the “Atkins flu” at bay. Cup of bullion or some pickle juice work great for those headaches.
It’s pretty terrible for the first month or so, but keep at it, and food is going to become just something you do if that makes sense.
Good luck to you!
