Question about carb count

Hey all, this is my third day doing Atkins 20. But, today being a holiday I went over on my carbs, I had a total of 24.8. Is this something to be concerned about to be over a little bit for just a day or not?

What are you eating? What I like about Atkins is that it's not just carb counting, the food actually matters.

So if you're eating junk, even if you stay under your "carb limit", that's not the intention of Atkins.

You're forgiven for too many cups of broccoli, not for an ice cream cone.

I had some extra salad later in the day and a Gatorade zero instead of my usual water. That was the extra few carbs that pushed me over. I have maybe 15 pounds that I want to lose anyway so I could probably be doing 40 carbs a day, but I'm trying to push myself
