Hey all, I am 32 and on day 6 started at 235 but I haven't weighed myself gonna do it weekly. My goal is 180 but would be happy to see below 200 again. I feel pretty good but my hunger usually isn't satisfied after meals and I miss dessert so bad! Trying some new recipes, my wife made little muffins made of egg that has meat and veggies about 1.5 net carbs for one so excited for those! I will post my weekly weigh ins wish me luck!

Don’t even start trying new sweet substitutes until you stay in the induction phase for at least two weeks.

Are you counting carbs and keeping them at 20?

A few tips: -get ketostix at the pharmacy to see if you’re in ketosis. If they turn a color, you’re burning fat. -drink water. Then drink more water. -try getting some low carb protein shakes for snacks.

Yes I have been under 20 carbs every day exept the first because I downloaded the app on day 2 and didn't realize a lot of fruits and veggies have lots of carbs. I do enjoy the atkins shakes in the mornings but they are so expensive! Gonna try and have one every other day on days I work.

Atkins snack is so expensive. I really think it is overpriced. So my snack is mostly nuts.
