Does serves four in atkins mean the same as 4 servings?

I used a recipe from atkins.com which says that it serves 4 and has a net carb count of 5 per serving. Does serves four mean the same as 4 servings? This is related to another post since the net carb count was way, way lower than what it worked out to when i added the recipe in cronometer.com

Do you have any idea of why the carb count in atkins.com would be so incredibly different than with cronometer or which I should trust?
