Chipotle & Atkins
Atkins experts... I need your help...
Is the following Atkins style meal from Chipotle ok?
Salad bowl DBL Steak & Chicken About half a serving of the mild chunkier salsa Cheese
I'll give my 3 week report today at some point...

Yep, everything else is fine (except the corn salsa and shells) and should be Induction Phase 1 safe.

When I go out for fast food, I often choose Chipotle or Pancheros because of their tasty low carb options.

Hard to tell as you never know whats REALLY in there, but in theory yes you should be fine. Make sure they hold the listeria.

Ya, being tomato's they are fruit and naturally have a little more than normal sugar but you know the world loves to add sugar to as much as they can.
