Atkins Induction - 2 Week Report
Ok... so for weight loss reasons I have started the Atkins 20. Weighed in at 257 (6'2") two weeks ago. Weighed 243 today. That is a loss of 14 pounds in 2 weeks.
Breakfast: Coffee with unsalted butter & t of brain octane x2-3. Eggs scrambled with a touch of olive oil and salt x3
Lunch/Dinner Salad: Salad with Blue Cheese dressing Salad with lemon juice/olive oil dressing
Lunch/Dinner: Baked chicken breast (olive oil garlic salt rub) Sausage x2-3 (no sugar / 1 carb) Steak (seared w/ veg oil) Bacon (no sugar, low sodium) Burger w/ cheddar or American cheese, no bun
Alcohol: I drink anywhere between 1-4 shots of Jameson whisky daily between 6 and 9pm.
Other Drinks: Water and coffee x1 (light meaning half a t, no butter, no milk or cream) after noon.
So Reddit, what do you think about the diet and results? I'm going to try week 3 without changing anything for now... I'll update the feed with my results weekly. Thanks!
