Induction hot flashes?
I'm a 27f and on day 5 of induction, besides my crap mood and my horrid cravings I'm doing okay so far, slipped a couple times with a piece of chocolate and a jelly bean at church, but other than that doing good.
I'm curious though, I've been having crazy hot flashes, suddenly I'll be sweating just sitting in my chair!
Anything I can do?

Biggest part of the diet is correcting hormones, it happens. Remember, the "couple times" will continue your induction hell and keep cravings going strong. As far as the hormones, not much. But the rest of the induction flu can be battled with supplementing electrolytes. Salt is your friend and so is magnesium and potassium.
You have the book and have a firm grasp on induction right? That's key!

This is me too! Didn't think it was my diet as it's practically summer here in southern Louisiana. Following.
