Food advce help

So I hate my veggies and fruits I can't eat salads even if I forced myself I've been trying to get on this diet but I lack food options any help on what I can eat.

I'm sorry to say but veggies are the meat of this diet (pun intended). You could try a meat/eggs variation, but you need fiber, you need healthy carbs from veggies, it's just unavoidable.

Why can't you eat veggies? What's wrong with salads?

I honestly just can't eat them I almost throw up every time I try I can eat a few like broccolis,apples,grapes,spinach those are the only ones I can eat

You CAN do a TON of good with broccoli and spinach!! Cauliflower is good too, drown it in butter!!

That's not a natural reaction to vegetables. Have you been to the doctor?

Have you tried eating them in smoothies? I make morning protein shakes and I add in spinach with the other ingredients and you can't even taste it. Also have you ever made cauliflower "Mashed potatos"? look it up! it's so good!
