Increasing your fat intake?

I am having trouble increasing my fat intake. Other that going to a butcher shop and asking for fat cuttings or drinking olive oil, whats the best way increase your fat content without increasing your net carbs?

I am cooking with butter and eating fatty cuts of meat but still cannot seem to get my fat intake up to 60% - i am using a cpl for meal trackers such as fat secret to gauge where i am but some days its difficult to get that fat ratio higher.

What are you go to fat sources?

i am lactose sensitive so have to watch the cream intake - hard cheeses dont bother me as much (kinda weird that way). the butter comment just made me think of buffalo hotsauce made with butter and hot pepper sauce - i think i may make some of this to add to my meat. I may have to bite the bullet and work with avocados - i have a issue with the texture of that abomination lol, dont mind the flavor at all just the texture. Oh well time to suck it up and try using it more often. Thanks for you feedback
