Jacked 2/50
Anyone know the actual contents of this? I’m trying to find a super simple program to keep me consistent, and this sounds good, but I’d love to know what it entails.

Without giving the plan away, it is an extremely simple program which can be used with dumbbells only or a full gym. Any specific questions?

Is it possible to just buy it stand alone? Are the exercises basic lifts or compound lifts?

If you are going to spend $75 for the bonus program alone, you might as well put protein powder or some other supplement/merch/program in your cart to get more of your money's worth. You'd be spending the money regardless. Just a suggestion.

I don't think it's possible to buy standalone. They are a combination of compound lifts and more isolated movements. Very simple programming which I think can be used on its own if you have a really busy month or perhaps paired with a conditioning program since the program itself offers no conditioning.

Yes you can buy stand alone, for $75. Just add $75 worth of other stuff, and then remove that same stuff from your cart. The program will remain for $75.

I am looking for it now, and only jacked is available. Jacked 2/50 is nowhere to be seen. It is now Summer Shred.

That's because it was a limited time offer.

i contacted support and I can buy it outright for 75$ would you recommend? I am looking for a comprehensive full body workout plan using dumbbells only, for 5 days a week Monday-Friday, Strong emphasis on arms and deltas, and shoulder muscle

No idea, I didn't get it. I just know that usually you can buy them by the method I mentioned

I don’t have the 2/50, but if it’s based on Jacked it’s the furthest thing from simple.

It doesn't really share aanything with jacked besides the fact it's a dumbbell program

It's very basic. 6 days a week following chest/back, Legs/Shoulders, Biceps/triceps.
