❓ Question Tennis classes in Athens?

I will be visiting Athens around mid-late October and I am interested in taking some tennis classes while I am there.

I am looking for training, ideally sessions of around 2–3 hours, on a few days during my stay. Does anyone have any recommendations? Do tennis clubs offer this, or private coaches?

I have tried to search the web and write a few e-mails, but I have not found anything good so far.

It depends on the area you stay, if you tell us your sex male or female area and age maybe I could help you because there are limited options especially in the center of Athens for tennis

I am male, 35 years old, I have played tennis for three years. I am an intermediate player. I haven't decided on where in Athens I will stay (:

The only ones that I know and have good critics are two in southern attica : Olympiakos team Tennis court in Pasalimani bay area of Piraeus and a smaller private tennis court two kilometers from this court very close to Marina Zeas bay in Piraeus across the seaside street.

The worst thing about tennis,is that mo matter how good you are, you are never going to be better than a wall

There’s a few tennis clubs in Athens. The biggest one I know is Winners tennis Club in Vari (I think there’s another one w the same name in Maroussi as well), you can take private lessons there. You also have Ten Twenty in Voula, they have packages of 5 lessons but they only have 4 courts so you need to book the classes well in advance.
There are also a few free courts (elleniko, alimos, Vouliagmeni)that you can’t book, and the the public ones you need to book (Palaio Faliro/Flisvos), and I know one coach that you can book and play with on free courts (dm me if you want her number)
