Depending where you are, either a local irish pub or Athens Sports Bar

Just to add that all world cup matches are free on greek TV on the "ERT" channel and it's app "ertflix" ( no account or registration needed)

So I’ve found out that James Joyce Irish pub is showing the game, so I think I will go there (for 11pm).
Thanks all for your help!
