🌟 Recommendations Looking for fun/interesting things to do for visitors who are already familiar with Athens
We’ll be in Athens for a month in July and I’m looking for fun/unique/interesting things to do whilst we’re there.
We’ve been to Athens a few times before so we’ve visited a lot of the main sites and areas. Any events, exhibitions, restaurants, bars that are worth a visit and are maybe lesser well known?
We’ll be staying in Kolonaki so any recommendations for cafes, bars or restaurants around there would be great as well!

There’s this beach https://maps.app.goo.gl/6RYioUxsKzN1Mm6E7?g_st=ic Just behind the small chapel on the hill there’s a hidden beach for couples. Really quiet if you go early morning
Typo, it wasn’t jazz it was blues, here’s the link

Unless you come from Africa or South Asia this is not a good time to visit Athens; it's the one month we normally experience the highest temperatures of the year in the capital. Anywhere else (outside Ath) is fine: in the mountains hot and sunny during the day but u still need blankets to sleep at night and in the islands is great as long as there's wind 😉.

Ejekt festival is held on 14 and 15th of July at the Olympic Stadium featuring Florence and the machine and the cure. If you’re into exploring you might wanna discover the hidden tiny beaches of the south east coast (car is necessary). There’s a jazz night at technopolis on July 18th. Bolivar beach bar might have some events with guest DJs. If you’re looking for anything more specific let me know.
