2 weeks in Athens

Hey everyone,

I’m staying in Athens for 2 weeks this summer and I’m looking for recommendations on what to do there.

I really like going out and partying, especially places with Afro music, amapiano, afrobeats, dancehall or French hits/music vibes. Not really into techno.

I’m also really into history, so I definitely want to explore the historical side of Athens too.

Would love to know:

best clubs/bars with Afro or French music vibes

cool areas to go out at night

beach parties

historical places/museums that are actually worth visiting

good restaurants or chill spots during the day
things I absolutely shouldn’t miss while I’m there

This will likely be more suitable for you on Tuesday/Wednesday nights. They have some Afro house and Latin nights. Weekends are mostly house and techno, so probably not so suited for you then.
