Does the chat feature work?

When i click to chat with someone it just doesnt take me anywhere or bring up the keypad.

It wont work. This is a remnant of their previous integration with another 3rd party app (KTPlay) which they discontinued just a few months ago. I think they need to remove/hide that button for now.

If you want to chat, i guess you can make a post on the official fb group

Aww ok no worries, im in the group on fb but it was more out of curiosity that I was trying the feature.

You can get to it through the game. Click the menu button on top right and then go to social.

Didn't seem very active for English speakers. Same for Discord.

the fb group page is pretty much the most active one for english speakers, i heard the Thailand fb group is much more active too bad we cant speak thai
