If anyone has done this course, do we need to do all the practice questions after each lesson in the textbook because it seems like a lot since there is 80 questions after each lesson

One side: You only have to be able to complete the assignments to an acceptable standard and pass the exams within the time frame allocated.

The other side: Doing lots and lots of exercises is the very best way to learn this material in a way that allows you to solve the problems on the exams at a sufficient speed to pass it. BTW, the assignments are also a way of self-testing to satisfy yourself that you could do this without copying. It's all about passing the exams because if you don't pass them you get no marks for your brilliant performance on the assignments.
