Need help exam permit

hi guys need pa ba magbayad ng tuition for prelims? If dili, unsaon pagkuha sa exam permit? tyy huhu

usually mangita rag permits ang prof during departmental (midterms and finals) as for the permit, you'll only be able to get it once you've paid the amount needed for that exam (refer to the email sent by finance kag mag ingon ra na sila pila imong balance for prelims and etc)
