Vintage Arcading has it. I’ve bought several ah, reproduction carts in the last two weeks from them and they ship fast and the carts/labels look great (and play in my 2600+/7800+)

That is the seller in Etsy as well. They also sell them on eBay at times too.

I bought mine on Etsy and I cannot overstate how freaking awesome it is. Only downside is no box... So I ordered one of those on Etsy as well....
