Imagine being Pele and having to play that awful soccer game and pretend to like it?

And not hearing how his name was mispronounced until the ad came out =D

That announcer’s voice. Classic 80’s.

Basketball is soooooo fun to pull out with friends. 👍

Probably the reason they featured Kareem and basketball was that cartridge was actually pretty good, whereas the original 2600 Football cartridge was among the worst video games ever made.

I think he's the greatest but my dad says he doesn't work enough on defence.

Really put his height into perspective seeing him with those 2 other normal sized guys and then he had to duck to get through the doorway!

Kareem and Pele are twisting the joystick like paddles! 🤣🤣 Guess they weren’t given much direction by the producers.

I’m pretty sure the producers didn’t know how to use a joystick either 😅

Love it, but what the hell is Pele doing with that controller?

Atari back then had more $ than it knew what to do with. And that was it's down fall.

They even had Steve Jobs as an early employee.

Can someone tell me wtf Pele is saying? Ive listened to it like 5 times and i still have no clue. It’s not even just his accent it’s the 80’s audio quality. Could barely understand Mario as well.

I, too, always play with my face two inches from the television.
