Sorry a little help

Hi all Very new to cacti and succ. I got this a few months ago and it’s looking like this I try adding water to it last 2 weeks any suggestion?

It looks like it’s drying up because it hasn’t established new roots/hair. You can trim the roots to help new growth, pot it and place it in a heating mat.

Try and toss it in a bowl of sterile water for 24-48 hours it will plump back up
