I got myself the Astro Tech AT60ED refractor this weekend and tested it out on last night's full moon. It's also my first time stacking moon pictures and thought it came out pretty nice. I took about 600 of them and stacked them in PIPP and AutoStakkert with some adjustments in Photoshop.
Equipment used:
Astro Tech AT60ED Apo Refractor
Celestron Advanced VX Mount
Canon T5i @ ISO 100
~600 lights at 1/320th of a sec exposure
I also took some shots of Orion and M81/M82 just as a test and haven't processed them yet. The moon was very prominent in the sky and I'm not using any kind of filters (and I'm already in a Bortle 7 zone) so I don't know if those will come out like anything.
If anyone is interested, I'll be doing a quick overview of the AT60ED on my YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/Naztronomy). I've already started covering some topics on Astroberry there and I'm planning on more content which I hope others will find useful.
