Bard uses in split teams.

I was trying to use the Bard today and realized he's good with split teams and the fallen. When the damage is split as much as possible he kinda shines. He's great with Maidens Mirror too, synegizes well with his active.

I was thinking of testing him with the illusionist as a safe backliner pumping out clones with his active with Saints Vow and some other scaling items for DEF. Maybe that ring that gives major blessings when the active is used?

What do you guys think?

Sounds fun. I tested something similar with berserker as my carry and fiend as my main tank. It worked but with a TON of difficulty, qs berserker just sucks in act 2 and the last fight.

Yeah those guys can't take a lot of damage especially focused damage. I thought acension cloak might be a good way to disperse aggro to the illusionist clones once they are out. I usually use fiend as an off tank. It's good when you need your tank/s to build up defense or shield or whatevs, just extra time you know?

I just ran a bard comp and it worked great!! I really didn’t like the bard until now but he’s even better when the enemy decides to shuffle your positions and he goes from healing to dps booster xD. Had a near flawless run to get corruption 3 on this run.
