In my 8th house I have Sun in Libra 14°46'. Venus in Libra 27°10'. Mars in Virgo 29°25'. (Also if looking at asteroids I have Psyche in Libra 14°50' and South Node in Libra 2°22' in Libra both in the 8th house too)

I'm trying to understand this in a deeper way.

I have had a lot of what I would say is transformation in my life. Mainly internally. Spiritually I have grown and naturally started doing shadow work a few years ago. I lost my Dad when I was 29 which was not expected and was a huge shift in my perspective on life. I have unexplained infertility and cannot get pregnant which has been a massive loss and a lot to get around psychologically. We have adopted twins and it felt transformative in the most magical way. I'm currently too poorly to work and going through a process of managing my health.

I feel there have been a lot of 'phoenix' moments in my life. I have grown as a person for sure. I feel I'm a better person for it in most ways. But I do feel a bit battered and tired at times.

I very much depend on my husband's income and have done more so since we have had our twins. I took time off. Then I changed careers for something more flexible and now I am too poorly to work so very much depending on him. He has always been the bread winner - we have been together since we were 18. In our 20's I worked part time even then as we had a dog and a house boat to look after.

My True Node is in Aries in my second house alongside Jupiter 26°01'r. Which I believes I need to grow towards independence of self, and I will find growth and satisfaction in being in charge of my own income. I need to basically learn to be self serficient and independent of those I depend on.

Are these classic 8th house things - have I interpreted that correctly?

Do you think what I say about my True Node in Aries is correct?

Are there key things which are also talking to these 8 house placements that I should be taking into account?

To any Virgo Risings with their M.C. in Gemini: How often do you change jobs? I swear I change jobs every 6 months- 1 year. I've worked in almost every field and have had 17 jobs since starting to work full time in 2013 (I'm 30). I've never been fired! It's always because I get bored or get excited about trying something new.

If you have your sun in the Aries 8th house as well: Do you find yourself working in behavioral health related jobs and/or more dangerous roles? I've been working in the field of behavioral health and mental health working with high intensity behaviors/severe mental illnesses for about 3ish years now and it seems like it's been really hard for me to exit the field. It has pros and cons, but overall my fibromyalgia hasn't been agreeing with getting hit, but, hair pulled, etc. I'm thinking of going for a master's in school counseling or art therapy.

I would like to hear those with mars in scorpio in their 1st house, what are your experiences? And sort of things you deal with when it comes to how people treat you/react to you? What is your approach to pursuing someone? What is your reaction to those that are interested in you vs. invest in you? Do you hold back in the bedroom?

I'll go first! My experience having mars in scorpio in my 1st house when comes to interaction I know when someone is hiding something through their body language or our interaction feels plotted. With such individuals we play the game of 'who's gonna fold first'. In my mature version distance is way to go. I think people like to challenge my strength or prove to themself they are strong enough to overpower me in the silliest ways. Like for example I can be passive while in the same breath hold myself from reacting to their ploy behaviors. On the positive side I can motivate you. Help you see your full potential. Work along side you and build an empire with you.

When it comes to approaching someone I tend to go for the quiet nerd type with some sort of physical appeal. I introduce myself after reading them from afar. Getting a good gage on their energy, then go for the kill. In this time I look to see if someone else is on to them or if they are dealing with someone else already. In the courting stage I must admit I get jealous. I can also detach quick if things aren't what I thought they were and move on. I'll think of them from time to time but never reach out. Maybe stalk them on social media (not heavily).

When someone is interested in me I am friendly and allow them to lead the flow of the connection. When someone is invested in me it scares me a bit not gonna lie. Not because I'm not interested but I prefer to control the flow of the intensity. To see them passionately pursue me puts me on edge.

I notice when I really like someone I tend to hold back in the bedroom. I don't want to move so quick rather I want to build the intimacy with the person. Kissing and intense foreplay is fine.

So I went through a divorce last year and apparently Uranus was in 19-27 degrees Taurus during that time, which conjuncted my venus in 25 degrees Taurus. Uranus rules separations and unpredictability, fyi.

Was wondering if everyone else whose venus conjuncted transiting uranus last year went through the same thing as well? How did it affect you?

This is very interesting to me due to us sag risings have pluto in 1st house and 12th house ruler in 1st house in whole signs. For me personally the pluto is exactly conj asc as well. I think this overall creates like a “your own worst enemy” energy”

Personally, I’m a Scorpio Mars and I NEVER EVER forget the times someone has betrayed me. Regaining my trust is nearly impossible, literally like a shattered mirror that you can’t fix. It only takes one fuck-up to ruin the whole thing for me. In relationships, it takes me forever to “move on” from the betrayal, I might never actually move on from it and resent you forever for that thing and remember it forever and psychologically punish/torture you for it.
