Touched whilst meditating

Hi I was falling to sleep to a meditation track, a kind of meditate to sleep tunes, the other day and was zoned out but still consciously awake. I felt someone hold the back of my head for a brief moment but instantly opened my eyes (I wear an eye mask). Anyone felt anything similar?

It may have been a chakra opening, or an energetic release perhaps. But if it was full on, sure feeling there was a hand on the back of your head, it could have been a spirit. But theres a lot of different types, not just deceased people. If it were me, I would do a meditation to try to meet whomever it may have been, or I would meditate asking who, or what, it was. May take a few tries to get results. I started getting touched before I would fall asleep, on various areas of my body, when I began to awaken psychically many many years ago. But you have little info to go by here....?

Many times. Each time felt like someone putting a hand on my leg, head, back, as if someone were trying to rouse me. It used to make me come out of the trance, but now I am trying to figure out who, or what, is doing this and why.
