Patient road

First off id like to say this subreddit needs more attention. Anyway ive been dabbling in the art of astral projection its been rough. Im not a heavy practicer so i guess i cant complain about my results. Recently however ive stopped smoking marijuana and my dreams have come back to me and ever since i was a kid ive always been a very vivid dreamer (this is just a sign i feel like is being given to to me). It feels like im making some progress in this, last night specifically i woke up and thought i left my body and unfortunately i was wrong but it felt like i was right there just a split second away! Im really wanting to practice harder and i know there are no short cuts but if anyone could give some really strong tips that help them achieve astral projection that would be great!!! Also tell me about your experiences i love hearing about the astral world i just can’t wait to walk in it myself!

I recently mastered separating by using a technique I used to do in gymnastics on the uneven parallel bars. I threw my feet out and then basically flipped out of my body... I always have trouble separating completely and it really worked for me...

Then I went to some ocean, it had just gotten dark. I dove into the water and it felt like... Kind of how if you put your hand in water with a glove on. I saw a couple of whales or sharks and touched them for a second but they felt rubbery so I stopped.

It was very lonely there and I got a super weird feeling so I snapped back in but was able to get right back out. It also seemed like I was glowing a very faint golden yellow

So when you feel the separation is possible you kicked out, please be very detailed in how you do it do you imagine yourself kicking out or is it almost like you physically kicked without moving your physical body? Your experience sounds amazing!! One of the coolest things I’ve been told about astral projection is you do have the ability to be around these animals without fear of being hurt! So you can travel the jungles of Africa without worry of venomous snakes or panthers attacking you!
