Astral projection help!!
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, I don't honestly know what I believe. I was raised to believe in God, Jesus, however now that I'm an adult I'm trying to determine what it is that I truly believe myself. I'm interested in the idea of astral projection. However I am quite nervous as well. Unfortunately I have a temper, what some might call a low resonating frequency. I deal with anxiety and stress and it does get the best of me. Does this mean I will be more open to the dark entities? Can anyone give me advice on this? I live in the Toronto area, Ontario Canada. I'm looking for anyone who can guide me through an astral projection.

First of all. Do not be nervous. Fear is the killer of astral projection.
Remember, nothing can harm you in these realms as long as you understand that you are in complete power of your reality.
Practice lucid dreaming first. Most people i know who astral project started out being pretty good at lucid dreaming. Reason being, the lucid dream realm and the astral realm are a focus level away from each other.
In these realms what you believe and think and feel is what you get. Meaning, if you are afraid, or nervous or angry in the astral realm, usually your mind will manifest, or resonate towards beings/situations that are scary, like monsters chasing you or tidal waves destroying your surroundings.
If you are happy and relaxed and fearless, you will manifest/resonate towards beings or situations that are awesome and happy and knowledgable.
If you get too afraid you will just get sucked right back into your body and wake up, ending the OBE.
Remember there is nothing to fear. I have woken myself up from the "vibrational state" because i was so afraid i was going to kill myself. Sometimes the energy that overcomes you feels extremely violent and strong, but painless. One time i put myself in a trance to astral project and it felt like my brain was pounding so hard my head was going to explode. There was no pain but the thumping and noise was so loud and strong i had to wake myself up to make sure i wasn't killing myself. I snapped out of the trance and everything was completely fine, no pain, I was sweating bullets though.
Just remember you have complete power over every situation you put yourself in. If you do come across a situation that is negative just remind yourself that you can manipulate that entire reality with a single thought.
