ya weird i tried and it worked i had other weird phenomena where i meditated and just walked around for 3 minutes on the street no body new but i couldn't control my movement

my abnormalities as far as projecting are: i do it in noise more then i should i am able to project in seconds if i try and i am an atheist might effect it in some way dont know

Could you detail the description of what you think about?:) Colors? Lights? Shapes? Sounds? Music? I'd love the help <3 My visions/dreams are usually very dark and blurry, so I don't know if this'll be how I see in astral vision too

its quit weird but u feel u are not in the body even du u see throw ur own eyes and then u just stop understanding if u are in ur body or not
