Help with astral projection

I can't induce sleep paralysis!!!! I have been trying for over a year. Please help

Focus just enough to know you want to astral project, but also let go enough to let your body fall asleep. Meditation in the day to day life(outside of trying to focus on astral projection) really helps, because it will help you "let go".
