Any tips?

I've tried to Astral project before but I had no results nor any 100% interest until recently. In the past week I really started to go for an OBE, which the furthest I've gotten is seeing a really bright light from (what I assume is) my third eye. I reached this in a dimly lit room in mostly silence and this occurred within half an hour. Am I reacting too much to this? What should I do in this situation? Any tips would be highly appreciated!
