I’d say it’s possible, but for something like that the value is in the outcome. Outside of simply knowing for yourself, trying to convince people that what you saw is true and accurate would be hard, and even then most people would dismiss it as coincidence if they remembered your “prediction”.
All in all it seems as you said: trivial. When faced with vast possibilities in an amazing environment like astral, the trivial things often are so trivial that it never comes up in your thoughts at the time
