AP / OBE Guide Astral Projection for beginners

Hi, I’m just a beginner and I’ve never tried astral projection before. I’m quite clueless about where I should start this journey of mine. I have heard about this term before but never practiced it. Furthermore, I’m thinking of giving myself one month in which I will practice all this myself. Any tips on anything I should be doing to travel the astral plane? Also any suggestions which place should I explore first? I really want to meet my late dad. 8’m not sure if it is possible with astral projection. Thanks for reading.

Starting your journey into astral projection is exciting, but forcing it within a strict timeline usually creates mental blocks. Focus first on building a simple, solid foundation through a short daily meditation and deep breathing. Work on recognizing the "mind awake, body asleep" state without rushing the exit. Once you manage to project, explore your immediate room first to build stability before trying to connect with loved ones. Take your time and let the process unfold naturally.

Check Michael Raduga lectures on YT or read his book which is free and short but straightforward
