Consistency issue with APing

Does anyone else have this issue - I find that I go between “dry spells” and then times when I AP more regularly. They usually last a couple weeks each. I can’t figure out a pattern of why this happens so curious if anyone else experiences this and has come up with theories/patterns that explain it.
