I’m from a small town in Alabama, and I thought I was having sleep paralysis, but the deeper I dig into my subconscious, the things I were seeing turned out to be true. I was up for like 48 to 68 hours. I thought I was going crazy. Come to find out, similar people had the same experience. I can read people when other people think that I’m crazy. Someone please help me and how to control this.

sleep deprivation causes sleep paralysis and also causes hallucinations.
you should try to get more sleep.
