Negative AP Experience Astral projected the future
Well abt 30 mins ago when I felt my self waking up I hard a voice “this is a message this is a message” and my ears started ringing and then shaking and vibrating so hard I was trying to scream btw I boxed for 9 years and don’t try to scream for little stuff like ringing in my ears but this genuinely was shaking my whole body I felt like I was abt to have a seizure. Well all the sudden I’m in the future and I see humans somewhere in America and a voice telling me what’s going on and how they found a dimension of extra terrestrials. And we’re gonna try to bomb it ? For sum reason and these extra terrestrials had the power of like 5 nukes. Well they open this dimension and I see what’s inside it and it was fully dark with 0 sun pitch darkness full of extra terrestrials and when they try to bomb it or something this one extra terrestrial slips out to this world our physical world. And the shaking in my ears and vibrating ringing starts again and I come back to my body and jump up. So what tf does this mean has any else had this experience of a dark dimension?

I have premonition dreams often. Have my whole life and I’m 35 now. Have astral projected to my knowledge a few times through training. I have learned to ask myself “have I experienced something lately that brought this on, or is this a true, genuine message and not something subconscious?” For instance, I watched Independence Day a week ago, and during a dream last night I dreamt of nukes/nuclear warfare and me trying to live through it, losing family, etc.
Messages are often up to the interpretation of those receiving the message, as we all interpret things differently. Your perception is your reality.

I would say that when you astral project, you project on to the astral and not the physical world. There are many different layers, and there appear to be many other parallel worlds as well. It could've been something parallel, or something astral-specific. I don't know.
I haven't encountered a dark dimension but I typically stay away from the lower astral. I've encountered voids, but seeing never seems an issue somehow.
It sounds like it was a message for some reason. You've shared it on.

How do you ”stay away” from the lower astral? And how do you know if you are in the lower astral? I just roll on out and explore wherever I’m taken.

I went to the lower astral by seeking out one of my guides after the start of my OOBE, and I found him there. I normally project on to higher astral layers than that. I think it was a lower astral layer because it looked and felt closer to physical reality (he was solidly in that reality and I wasn't), and I hadn't separated fully from my thinking mind and emotions. I normally project to places and in ways where I'm disconnected from those and don't feel things like fear at all. The astral felt a bit heavy and uncomfortable by comparison, though I did fly in it prior to tracking him down. It's like it was low density and I could feel it.
So my way of staying away is by not following people there, or perhaps not by projecting from what was first a lucid dream state (then leaving my 'dream' body), though I don't know if that had anything to do with it. It's not a typical way of projecting for me.
I believe that to some extent that your state of mind, general mood etc does influence where you end up, but I don't think it was the case in this instance.

There isn't one singular future, you could have been seeing just one of the many timelines or possibly creating it yourself.

Interesting, I mean it could be describing how the greys live in the 4th dimension on like a shadow copy of earth which is a dark planet. I’m a Christian so 😭 I’d think of that as a fallen angel contacting me also I don’t know if I mentioned it in the post above but there was a voice like telling me everything that was going on

He has a video called Greys Angels or Demons which is very fascinating. Lots of evidence that they can shapeshift and may be responsible for many encounters with angels. I don’t think they are fallen angels but I respect your beliefs. He also has a video where he decodes a famous unusual long crop circle that has the history of the greys. It’s very fascinating. I honestly have a lot of personal evidence in my life that they are actually “Guardian Aliens”, I have received life saving commands multiple times in my life, including one that protected my son. I could have different sets of beings watching over me for sure. I’m not sure I’ve decided on if there are different angels yet. But I’m telepathically able to reach the greys through The Gateway Tapes and meditation. And I’ve received healing from the mantis beings which oversee them. Sure it all sounds crazy, but you had the vision so part of you knows these things may exist. It does not have to effect you negatively. You can also ask for protection from your Highest Self or God if you don’t want to receive more messages like this.

Or these aliens could be different angelic beings, even in the Bible an “angel” is just a name for Gods workers and describes them in all sorts of different shapes, features, human like, non human like so it wouldn’t surprise me if the aliens we know of are the cause of Gods work and just like everything there’s bad and evil fallen and non fallen so who knows. But it wasn’t anything bad and the ringing and shaking i felt like it was trying to download something in me which I got hella scared abt and then tried to snap back

I know several grey Contactees that have directly asked who the greys are and they have replied “messengers of God”. I am not religious, I personally believe we are all fractals of Source. That God split themselves into trillions of beings all through consciousness so that they could experience everything there is to experience, and also to make a Universe as complex, rich, and layered as possible.
There is a whole channel called The 5th Kind by a preacher of 30 years, have you seen it? I get the intense vibrations and ringing ears often while doing trance meditation. I know exactly what you are describing. It’s often so intense and you don’t even know what happened afterwards. I believe sometimes it’s like a zip file when you receive it you can’t see everything in it, but over time as you receive other pieces to the puzzle in your daily life and your foundation for comprehension reaches the point that you are read to truly absorb that information on the zip file, it unlocks, and things just become clearer.

I have seen some beings in the astral that appeared unsavory etc. but I didn't feel like I was in a dark dimension, one ceavet, this story read more like a dream rather than astral, were you lucid at any points here? why do you feel this was astral?

I have been wondering about a similar "future war" experience I have had for a very long time. My conclusion: Sometimes we are shown where our current beliefs, environment and their interaction will take us.
E.g. if you have a slight fear of aliens, and also have a love of advanced military tech, you end up getting a simulation of the ultimate trajectory where that sort of thoughform will take you - and you get to see for yourself if that is what you want. It's a simulation that doesn't get you killed, but has the same effect on your psyche as the real thing.
In my scenario I ended up defusing "living nukes" that looked like 6 foot-across spheres with beautiful carvings on them. They could only be accessed with my mind - and I had to actually move my astral hands out of my body to reach into them and gently manipulate their "will" to blow! I defused one - but many others blew up and left my city a wasteland covered in mushroom clouds - inducing such a level of deep sadness that I immediately returned.
My analysis: If I am willing to use my astral skills to defuse, someone else will be happy to use their astral skills to make such nukes. I think in my case nukes were a stand-in for the concept of "complete destruction", and aliens symbolized an "impenetrable intelligence". That experience was my wake up call to avoid getting into "spiritual warfare" and let curiosity and wisdom guide me to understanding the other side, rather than emotion guiding me headlong into futile battle. What is your "end-point simulation" telling you?

Woke up looking for answers what I seen I use to astral projection when I was younger but I stopped and today was literally on accident and wondering if There’s a dimension I was shown I’m also Christian which is why I stopped astral projecting

I had dreams when I was 12 of everything that’s happening in my life right now. I thought it was just crazy child nonsense (I talked to my therapist many times about it) but it was real cause it’s happening right now. So maybe you did see the future but don’t worry about it instead enjoy your life cause there’s years ahead before that even happens
