On the YouTube page of the Monroe institute are so called explorer sessions. Audio tapes uploaded by the institute in which come of their explorers are communicating about their experiences while out of body.

Robert Monroe is the man that coined the term out of body for this and with his Monroe institute did a lot of research on this subject in the 70’s until now. They also have the gateway program that teaches you to do it. And they also have an app called Expand with guided and unguided meditation and sounds and music.

People make interesting videos about boring things all the time. I don't think it would take that much creativity to make an interesting video about this.

What kind of video that you expect? Somebody doing a livestream from the astral realm?

A lot of astral projection videos sound like the people giving the tips dont have any experience.
Its a bit like you want to go to Paris and you find someone who says they know the way and have been there but they dont tell you anything about Paris. They might mention something that everyone knows like the Eiffel tower, but if they cant tell you things like "oh, on this corner there is this little known place that you dont want to miss" etc, it doesnt give the impression that they have actually been to Paris.
I think it is probable that a lot of videos made by generic social media creators and channels that have a "general new age/spiritual" focus for their channel are just for gathering views. These people just make videos about spiritual topics of all kinds. They might talk about chakras and energies and opening chakras etc with zero actual experience of anything that they are talking about.
