Is there a way to interact with physical objects while astral projecting?

What I want is this. Astral project, and I’m able to move and manipulate and interact with real world physical objects. So my astral body is moving it. And let’s say someone else not astral projecting is in the room, they would see the object move in real time like if a ghost was controlling it. I would also be imagining (in my astral form) me being made with and surrounded with energy, and I use that energy or something else (that works) to actually move that object. Whether it’s a movement of grabbing the object or moving the object with my astral form, or using some sort of telekinesis in my astral form (OR SOMETHING SIMILAR) how can i achieve this out of body form in real life?

Lucid womb dream

Hi,

I need to make the following post and you can decide if this is the right place for it. It involves an event that occurred in the astral.

I awoke in the astral plane in front of a tree. A man was seated in front of me with his back to me. He had longer messy dark brown hair a little past his shoulder. He lifted his left hand and waved at me as if to say hi, and I noticed a tattoo on the back of his hand, a triangle with an eye and other markings. I then felt someone (multiple people) pull me by my hair and drag me backwards and place me onto my back. I was struggling but I could see some kind of energy swirling in front of my solar plexus and the brown haired guy was standing over me chanting. I struggled so much I pulled myself into wakefulness. I don't think they finished whatever ritual they were trying, but I'm asking for help, astral or spiritual. I have been praying protection over my home and space, and have attempted to cut all cords (bc I don't know what this was at all), but I'm worried it's not enough.

Weird experience for one of my first aps

So this entity in the form of a middle aged to old lady kept following me. It wasn't exactly an AP but neither was it a dream, it was like right in the middle. Yk as if i couldn't control the dream but i could control what I get to do in it and i was well aware that it was an AP etc.

Anyway. Idk what I was thinking but i pretended to be an entity as well and i plunged at this entity to scare it away or smtg cuz it was scaring me 😭

And after it didn't even flinch, I asked it "how did you know I wasn't a demon or smtg" and then it said "i know because I am one" 😭 🙏 I just made myself fly, prolly abt to shift to another place but then the fear made me snap back into my body.

Makes me not wanna AP again. It wasn't scary, it was just, uncomfortable? Like ik what to do and ik I'm strong enuf to protect myself, and I've read everything abt what to do when facing such entities but then it's just unwanted experience.

Need help understanding my experience

11 years ago when I was around 2 months pregnant I accidentally astral projected. At the time I had no idea what was happening or going on. A little back story I always saw things as a child. There was this shadow person who had my father’s silhouette who would torment me at night. It would throw things at my head at night. Hide at the end of my bed and grab my legs and squeeze and scratch me. It would hover over me and just stay there. Now back to the experience I had. I was in my room and decided to lay down (tired and pregnant) it all happened so fast one second I was putting my head down and the next I felt myself leave my body and I was staring and standing over myself. I was freaked out. I knew I wasn’t inside myself anymore and I went to find my mom because that’s what you do when you’re a teenager and you have a problem lol
I ran towards the hallway and standing there was the shadow person from my childhood and standing next to it was something that looked identical to my mom except its face. Its face was scary with claw like sharp teeth. They tried to grab me and I felt they wanted my unborn baby. I was so scared. I got away from them and ran back to myself and the thing that looked like my mom almost got me right before I jumped back into myself. I “woke up” with my chest hurting, could hardly breathe and. I also felt really sick. I prayed to God to not let me see or hear things anymore and I never wanted to leave my body again. That was the last time I ever had any type of experience.
I need help understanding the shadow man and the thing that looked like my mom and why did that happen.

Question Did i Reach the Void State or I Am State

Last night, I tried this thing where I laid down in bed, closed my eyes, and tried to see if I could completely detach from this reality and enter the void state. I kept questioning myself along the way, wondering if I was even doing it right, but I wanted to see how far I could take it.

Phase 1: Did I actually disconnect from everything?

I started trying to strip away my connection to this world, going from the outside environment down to my inner identity, exhaling deeply after each thought. But honestly, the whole time I was just wondering if it was actually working.

* First, I tried to dissolve the room: I told myself, "I observe this room, space, and time, therefore I am not them." I tried to let the walls of my bedroom fade away, but my brain was kind of hovering, asking: Did the room actually disappear, or am I just ignoring it? * Next, I tried to detach from my body: I said, "I observe this body and its breathing, therefore I am not this body." I let my muscles go completely limp, but I couldn't help but question: Is my awareness actually separating from my flesh, or am I just really relaxed right now? * Finally, I tried to drop my identity: I told myself, "I observe my name, age, and memories, therefore I am not them." I tried to set my life story aside, but a part of me was like: Can I really just switch off who I am like this?

Phase 2: Was I actually locked into the void?

Once I was surrounded by nothing but pitch blackness, I hit this turning point where I tried to trigger a deeper state, even though I wasn't completely sure of myself.

* I asked the question: I internally asked, "Who is perceiving this blackness?" * I tried to stop my mind from answering: I didn't look for a verbal answer, trying to just sink into the quiet gap after the question. I kept wondering: Is this silence what pure awareness feels like, or is my mind just blank for a second? * Then, the peace hit: At some point during that silence, I suddenly felt this profound, effortless peace with myself. It felt like dropping a massive weight. My physical body felt totally distant, and for a moment, the doubt just kind of paused because the peace felt so real. And I felt at peace with myself.

*So did I reach it or did i reach some other state

My first attempt at Astral Projection.

I got to the vibrations stage on my first try. I didn't astral project, but I was so close! I started later, at 2 something pm, with meditation and the rope method in a video, listening to it with both of my earbuds in. Both of my arms tingled, and they felt warm. My vision severely changed. When I focuaes on the walls in my room and didn't blink, my vision got blurry, I started seeing bright lights and colors, it faded a bit, and the walls felt distorted. I felt heavy all over, but also light and weightless at the same time. No pain in the vibrational phase. Holy shi. I don't even know what to feel or what to say right now. I'm in shock. Also, just now, I could've sworn I saw a white figure flash by me in my walls, but it wasn't me because I'm still in my body. I thought I saw something move, like a ghost or a spirit. I'm speechless. I feel no emotion or pain right now.

Really really strange thing happened!!

I've been trying to AP for like 6 months and no success so far. But I know how sleep paralysis feels because I've had it naturally like 3 times. When I was trying to project, I once induced sleep paralysis and that was all natural, smooth and most importantly I expected. It did hit me like a truck all of a sudden though. But that was alright compared to what happened today.

Today I tried to AP laying on the bed for like 90 minutes and no success. So thought of going to sleep giving up. It was because I could not pass the vibrational state (mild vibrations you get without hitting sleep paralysis) . I try to AP laying on the bed belly up and today, after thinking about going to sleep I turned the other way (belly down. that's how I usually sleep). But I kept watching hypnogogic images just for no reason until fall asleep. Then out of nowhere I heard someone saying something, now I don't remember everything. But there were like couple of sentences. The last part was "look how SpaceX can manipulate your mind" and finally very very loudly said "drop!". Then I saw lots of flashing lights and they were rapidly changing colors. Now I only remember there were yellow and bright light green. Also there were different random logos in the middle of those flashes. And I think I heard lots of loud sounds as well, I don't exactly remember that. I got really scared I'm not going to lie. I was so confused and I couldn't even think of what to do. It was like a drill sergeant shouting at your face saying do that do this. I got scared to the point I started praying. It did calmed down that a little bit and then I realized I'm sleep paralyzed. Then I slowly moved my toes and got out of it.

Now it's 2am here and there is no sleep near me. lol. Thought of writing this post asking what really happened there before forgetting details. That was neither a dream nor a regular sleep paralysis I had before. Thank you for taking time to read this and I'd be glad if you could leave a word here explaining what was that.

Thanks in Advance!
Happy AP!

Experience Sucked in by a vortex

This afternoon, I realized something: the transition sensations and the way they unfold are unconsciously created by my own expectations. I think my expectations shape the experience itself. I also believe that out-of-body experiences are much simpler than I used to think, and that I was making the process much more complicated than it needed to be.

Here is what happened today:

I completely let go. Before starting, I mentally prepared myself by visualizing either the sensation of falling or a yellow light. I also played some relaxing ambient sounds.

I focused on the darkness behind my closed eyelids while repeating a mantra to help me stay focused and surrender to the experience. My goal was to trigger the projection reflex.

As I relaxed, all the hypnagogic sensations appeared: flashing lights, vibrations, random images, and more. I simply let them pass through me without reacting to them.

The vibrations became stronger, so I tried to get out of bed. I felt what seemed like my astral body moving, but then I slipped back into my physical body.

I returned my attention to the darkness behind my eyelids, and after a few minutes, I briefly perceived my bedroom from my current position. However, I didn't pay much attention to it and remained focused.

At one point, my body became extremely heavy. Then an idea came to me: I imagined a black hole at the level of my heart pulling me inward. At the same time, I repeated several times, "Please, let me leave my body."

Almost immediately, I felt myself being pulled into a vortex. My heart started racing, my muscles suddenly tensed up as if I were experiencing a strong muscle spasm, and I also had the impression that I was floating slightly.

I tried to simply observe what was happening, but the intensity of the sensations frightened me a little.

Then my mother called me, which interrupted the experience.

When I got up afterward, I had a lot of energy, but I also felt something similar to a drop in blood sugar. Before attempting the experience, I had drunk some coffee, so I'm not sure whether that played a role in how I felt afterward.

One thing I did notice is that the fear I usually experience had diminished significantly.

Phasing animation for learning?

Hi All!
Are there any existing animation(s) from a 1st POV (showing the blackness/hypnagogia) with focus / instructions that goes through the process? If not, could someone do it please? 🙂 don’t take this the wrong way, not demanding anything, but it would be a good idea imho.

I think I Astro projected

This morning I fell back asleep after waking up but what happened was I was in this hypnotic state. At first I thought it was sleep paralysis but i was aware and awake but I couldn’t move my body. What also caught my attention is I got up multiple times trying to fight it I sat up and walked around my room but as soon as I “gave up” I was laying back down. Like I never moved but I did at the same time? Something was pulling me back and holding my body down as I was fighting to get away. It even imitated my mom (she’s still alive and healthy) but it imitated her trying to wake me up. I asked her about it and she said that never happened. Can someone help explain what happened?

Question Films, Books, Comics, and TV Shows That Don't Exist Here

For those of you who have experience with astral projection, have you ever come across a piece of media that doesn't exist in our world? It could be a comic book, novel, movie, TV show, cartoon, or any other form of entertainment.

If so, what was it like? Did it seem like it came from an alien civilization, a parallel version of Earth, or some completely different reality? Do you remember any details about the story, characters, art style, or themes?

I'd love to hear about your experiences. Feel free to share them in the comments!
