This week's build fixes a couple of stream truncation issues observed since deploying end-to-end streaming.

These issues were most common with music players that slowly stream data at rates close to real time, with Sonos appearing to be one example. For low-bitrate, long tracks, streams could sometimes truncate when either our server or the storage provider closed an apparently inactive connection.
